Year In Review

I always enjoy the linky party, Year-In-Review, but I don't think Cindy is hosting that this year.  So, I decided to go ahead and post mine anyway.  As you can see, there is a lot of family photos.  It was a fabulous year for our family...our youngest son got married, and with that we became instant grandparents to a most precious, 16 month old.  It has been the most wonderful thing to be called "Gramma and Pa".  Our oldest son has a new sweet girlfriend, and we have enjoyed getting to know her!  We also got a wonderful new school building, and it is fabulous!  I feel so blessed, not only to work with the most amazing staff and students, but to now have a wonderful new {green}school that our staff and kiddos sooooo deserve!  Hubby has done very well with his classes, and will graduate from the radiology program this coming May!  Yay!  We are looking forward to another wonderfully blessed year!  God has been so good to us!  Best wishes to you all, my sweet friends, for a wonderfully blessed year, as well!

New Year Blessings

Happy New Year, friends!

I haven't blogged as much this past year, but one of my resolutions is to do better in 2012!  I also want to get back to participating in Pink Saturday!

To bring in the new year, hubby and I went out to dinner...crab legs, scampi, and scallops...Yum-O!  Cuddled by the fireplace aglow with candles...sipping chardonnay.  I made it to midnight to see the ball drop...hubby was asleep way long before that!  :)

May the Lord shower you with many blessings in the new year!

Happy New Year, Everyone!
I meant to post before now but it's been CrAzY!  I was back at work today after two weeks off.  We had an inservice day, so tomorrow students start back.

New Year's Eve was a quiet one here.  We had one son home and his girlfriend.  It was a night of food, fun, and family.

We had a "fun" dinner {thanks Sara!} and then watched a couple of movies.

I was SO ready to put 2010 behind us, and looking forward to the new year, and what it may bring.  So here's a toast to a very blessed year with friends, family, love, hope, peace, and joy!

God Bless,
Rebecca

{P*S*  Check back soon, as I plan on sharing my "Year In Review".}

Happy New Year & Happy Pink Saturday!!!

Happy New Year to all my wonderful peeps!
It is hard to believe that 2009 is behind us now, and we are in the next decade!

Cindy at My Romantic Home is having a 2009 Year In Review Party. I joined in the fun last year, and wanted to participate again. When a new year is upon us, we look back and reminisce about the year we left behind. We analyze how the year went, and decide what we would like to change in the new year.

Now, on to Pink Saturday. Since I was in the mosaic mood, I thought it would be fun to create a little pink mosaic in review. So here are just a few of my many pink goodies I have posted this year for Pink Saturday. Hope you enjoy them!

This week, we are suppose to share a project that we would like to finish this year. I started a project over October break, but never got it finished. I am painting and redoing an old futon frame. I plan to paint it red, add a french country fabric, and some throw pillows. It's home will be on our screened-in porch. I can't wait to get it finished. I'll be sure to show pics when I get it done.
Now, don't forget to take a little trip over to Beverly's to enjoy more pink!!!

Happy New Year to you all. I know that God has many more blessings for my family and me in 2010. I pray for many blessings for you and yours in the new year!

New Year Blessings,
Rebecca

What a year!  It has been filled with ups and downs.
It's been chockful of love, family, friendships,

to be thankful for, and the Lord has truly blessed
us in 2008.

Cindy at My Romantic Home is hosting a

These pictures are ones that I have shared
on my blog this year.  I hope you enjoy these
mosaics of photos that are special to me.
