HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY MUCH OLDER SISTER

Today is my sister, Melissa's birthday. She is my only sister. Actually, she is my only sibling. I like to kid her and tell others (in her presence) that she is my "much older" sister. Actually, she is only 5 1/2 years older.

So Melissa, I wish you the most wonderful birthday ever! May it be a day that is as special as you are to us. Happy, Happy Birthday!!

Be expecting a package in the mail this next week, as I am running behind as usual! I have made you something for your birthday but I can't show it here just yet. When it arrives, I'll post it here for everyone to see.
Ok, you twisted my arm...hee hee...I'll give you a sneak peek.....

Now, on to the Saturday Special

~My Senses Favorites~

1. Favorite Smells?: My hubby after a shower, midnight pomegranite, rain, cinnamon
2. Favorite Landscape Views?: a country lane, the English countryside, the beach, snowcovered mountains
3. Favorite Tastes?: cappuccino, almost anything sweet, cinnamon

Thank you so much Dear Sister! Yes, I am much older but, honey, I'm MUCH wiser. I jest, I jest...not really, well, maybe just a little! LOL! I can't wait to see my birthday surprise...what little I can see of it in the picture I know I'll love it because you know how I am about pink...love it, love it, love it! Thanks so much for thinking of me in such a special way. I'm going to pass on the cake today, but I had my favorite ice cream from Cold Stone Creamery, Cake Batter with Cookie Dough Chunks...for breakfast! HAHAHAHA! Buddy knows how to start my birthday off just right! He's going to take me out to dinner later. Love you lots and lots, little sis!

Hugs & Cake Batter Kisses,

Melissa

Isn't it wonderful having a sister? I have only one older sibling myself...my sister. She's an absolute joy. I admire her greatly and I'm glad that we now live close enough to spend more time together. Happy Birthday to your dear sister and wishing you a wonderful week ahead.
